rpadminBuddy the Lab Mix was the Bestest Family Dog. He was a good boy, he was obedient and attentive. He was intelligent and knew his boundaries. He was protective of his family. He was all they could have asked for in a dog.
But Buddy was so, so much more. He was their friend and their happy pill. He was what restored their faith in the world after a long, hard day. They knew that all his obedience, all his attentiveness came from a place of unquestioning love. The 6 years that Buddy gave his family was a gift of peace, joy and love.
Buddy crossed the rainbow bridge a couple of weeks ago. His family are a little lost in his wake and badly miss his gentle presence in their lives.
